Buy Tefillin
On our website, you can purchase kosher and mehudar tefillin in full accordance with halacha and traditional practices across Jewish communities. Every pair is handwritten by a certified and G-d-fearing Sofer Stam, under strict supervision of the Badatz Machon Aliya, with attention to every stage – from the preparation of the parchment to the final halachic inspection.
How Do the Tefillin Arrive?
Each pair of tefillin sold on our site is carefully packaged with full respect for its holiness. The tefillin arrive ready for use – the parshiyot are already placed inside the batim, the straps are attached and tied according to your selected custom (Sephardic, Ashkenazi, or Chassidic), and everything is arranged with precision and care.
Each set includes elegant silver protective boxes for the tefillin, a quality zippered fabric pouch, and an official kosher certificate from Badatz Machon Aliya. You can also specify your dominant arm (left or right) when placing your order.
The tefillin are shipped in a sealed outer box to ensure privacy and protection. We offer fast nationwide shipping, so you receive your tefillin ready to wear – with complete peace of mind.
Rashi Tefillin – The Halachic Obligation
According to halacha, Rashi Tefillin are the standard and obligatory form, as ruled by most major poskim including the Shulchan Aruch, Rambam, and the Tur. Every Jewish man is required to wear these tefillin daily. However, many Sephardic and Chassidic communities adopt the stringency of also wearing Rabbeinu Tam Tefillin, which differ in the order of the parshiyot – as an added level of spiritual care.
Different Customs and Writing Styles
Various traditions differ in writing style: Sephardic communities use the “Velish” or “Mor uKetzia” script, Ashkenazim follow the Beit Yosef script, and Chassidic communities use the Ari script, which includes full tagim (crowns) on the Shaatnez Gatz letters. Each person should follow the custom of their heritage.
All Levels of Hiddur – According to Your Needs
Our website offers all levels of tefillin: standard kosher, mehudar, and mehadrin min hamehadrin. All are written on kosher parchment, with quality black ink, double-sided blackened straps, and pre-tied knots in your chosen custom. The batim are made from either thin or thick-hide leather, depending on the level of hiddur selected.
