Tefillin Aliya is committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and with the utmost respect for the sanctity of tefillin. Every package is prepared with care, in accordance with halachic guidelines, and delivered through a trusted and professional shipping service.

Shipping Options in Israel

• Home Delivery – 50₪: Standard delivery to your doorstep within up to 4 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves). This service is provided via Chita Delivery.
• Free Home Delivery: For orders over 1,250₪ – enjoy free delivery straight to your home.
• Express Delivery – 150₪: Orders placed by 14:00 will arrive on the following business day (available in select locations).
• Self Pickup – Free: You may collect your order 12 hours after placing it at:
  Mishkolov Street 13, Har Nof, Jerusalem.
  Pickup hours: 10:00–00:00, no prior coordination required.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries with two options:

1. Standard Shipping – ₪70
   Delivery to your address within up to 21 business days
   Includes 5 tracking updates, ending with a delivery confirmation proof
   No guaranteed delivery time – delays may occur beyond our control.
2. Express Shipping – ₪170
   Delivered within 3–5 business days
   Includes full real-time tracking and recipient signature upon delivery

Please note:

We do not ship to or accept payments from the following countries: Iran, Syria, North Korea, Lebanon, Pakistan, Yemen, Sudan, Afghanistan, Gaza Strip, Iraq, South Sudan, Russia, Qatar, Kuwait.

What Happens If There’s a Shipping Delay?

We make every effort to meet the promised delivery times. However, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control—such as peak season demand, extreme weather, strikes, technical issues, or delays with the courier service. In such cases, we will proactively notify you and offer alternative solutions as needed.

Please note: If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will investigate thoroughly with our delivery partners.

Shipping Delay for Personalized Embroidery

If you add a personalized name embroidery to your tefillin or tallit case, please note that the processing time may be extended by up to 2 additional business days. We strive to deliver all custom items quickly, but due to the embroidery process and our commitment to quality, slight delays may occur. We recommend taking this into account when placing your order.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order via Chita’s delivery site. If you didn’t receive a tracking message, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.
