VIP Grooved Tefillin – Ari (Chassidic Rite)
VIP Grooved Tefillin in the Ari rite are designed especially for Chassidic communities and for anyone who follows the order and customs of the holy Ari and wishes to combine them with the highest level of hidur available today.
These are premium tefillin – both in halachic standard and in visual excellence.
Grooves between the compartments
The fine grooves between the compartments of the head tefillin give these tefillin an especially refined Chassidic appearance.

Simulation of the grooves between the compartments – Machon Aliyah Tefillin
Grooved Tefillin emphasize the separation between each compartment, preserve the exact square shape over time, and add dignity and beauty to every placement. In many communities, grooved tefillin are considered the natural choice for those seeking the highest level of hidur.
Batim made from thick hide – Maksha Achat
The batim are made from thick beef hide using the Maksha Achat method, with no glued layers. The result is a strong, rigid, and long-lasting bayit, exactly as required by those who are strict in the mitzvah of tefillin.
The titura and base are squared with great precision, and inner grooves help preserve the square form even after many years.
The parchments
The parchments are written according to the Ari tradition, at the Gold AA level, by a God-fearing sofer who carefully pays attention to every letter. They are checked both digitally and manually, ensuring perfectly accurate and mehudar parchments that match the high standard of the batim and straps.
Straps, stitching and Chassidic finish
The straps are handcrafted from premium leather, blackened on both sides, thick and durable for frequent use.
The stitching is done with natural sinew, as accepted by those who enhance the mitzvah, with continuous stitching between the batim and no unnecessary punctures.
Halachic supervision and certification
Each pair of VIP Grooved Tefillin in the Ari rite comes with a halachic supervision seal under HaGaR“M Sh Klein and an official kashrut certificate from
the Badatz Machon Aliyah.
The cooperation between certified sofrim, experienced inspectors, batim craftsmen and an organized kashrut system ensures a product of the highest possible standard – with no compromises.
Who is this for?
These tefillin are ideal for Chassidim, full-time Torah learners, and anyone who follows the Ari customs and wishes to fulfill the mitzvah in the most complete way. They are perfect as a groom’s set, as a replacement pair after many years, or as an honored and meaningful gift for a loved one.
