Sephardic Tefillin Mehadrin Min HaMehadrin – are crafted for individuals who seek the highest halachic and spiritual standards in fulfilling the mitzvah of Tefillin – with complete precision, care, and authenticity.
According to Sephardic halachic tradition, these Tefillin are written following the view of Rashi – the opinion accepted as binding in Jewish law. The parshiyot are written in the same order as they appear in the Torah. In contrast, Rabbeinu Tam’s opinion involves a different placement order and requires out-of-sequence writing, which is treated as an optional hiddur (enhancement), not a halachic obligation.
The Tefillin boxes are made from premium thick-hide leather (behema gassa), meticulously handcrafted to meet the strictest halachic criteria.
The parchments are written by a top-tier certified Sofer Stam, known for expertise, accuracy, and yirat shamayim (fear of Heaven), and undergo two independent halachic inspections.
Each pair comes rolled, tied, and ready to wear, with black leather straps in the traditional Sephardic knot.
They are packaged in plastic Tefillin cases, stored inside a soft zippered fabric pouch, and placed in a white cardboard outer box for presentation and protection.
Package includes:
- One pair of Tefillin (Arm and Head) – Sephardic script, highest level of hiddur.
- Handcrafted thick-hide leather boxes.
